Unfortunately, due to wordpress.com restricting the embedding of flash, there is currently no way to place the iSpeech player on your wordpress.com blog.
The only current alternative is to place [audio MP3-URL] tags into your post with the MP3-URL pointing to your converted post. For more details on how to accomplish this, please refer to wordpress.com audio support.
If you want support to be added you can contact wordpress.com and ask for iSpeech to be included as one of their approved services.
